Upper Body Workout

For your turns, pom motions and everything in between! Perform 30 seconds of each exercise 3 times through. Renegade Row  Banded Shoulder press Negative push up Banded Lat Pull down  Push up until failure 

Get your Leg Above 90!

For all the dancers who CAN lift their leg above 90 degrees BUT can’t keep it there without a hand. Advanced Clam Shell Straight Leg Lift Seated Hip Strength Drill 2 Seated Hip Strength Drill 1

Ankle Strength

For better turn consistency, balance or power, train your ankles and feet all season long. Across the Floor Warm Up Relevé Ball Squeeze Combo Balance and Ankles Balance Challenge 3 Ankle Strength Drill

Upper Body and Back

Perform each exercise for 40 seconds, rest for 20 and repeat 3 times total. Push Back Plank and Hold Two Leg V Up with Yoga Block Banded Back and Shoulder Drill Chest Press
