EXERCISES: 6

Perform exercises 1, 3 and 5 for 30 seconds. Perform exercises 2, 4 and 6 for 15 seconds.

Perform exercise 1 and 2 one right after the other.

Rest 20 seconds.

Perform exercise 3 and 4 one right after the other.

Rest 20 seconds.

Perform exercise 5 and 6 one right after the other.

Rest 20 seconds.
