When you have a few minutes left in class and you want to make sure your dancers are cooled down and stretched so they can recover a little quicker, this is your plan!

  1. Cobra Pose: Hold for 10-15 seconds, 2 times through
  2. Adductor lift: 8-10, 2 times through
  3. Hamstring curl: 8-10, 2 times through
  4. Hip flexor stretch: Hold for 30 seconds, each side, 2 times through
  5. Yogi squat: 8-10, 2 times through
  6. Half frog Stretch: Hold for 30 seconds, each side, 2 times through
