Are your dancers losing steam by the end of the routine? Are judges noticing? Put these exercises into a short circuit to train your dancer’s muscle and cardiovascular endurance. 

Perform each exercise for 30-40 seconds, rest for 20-30. Repeat circuit 2 times!
