After warming up and stretching do each exercise for 30 – 40 seconds. Before resting, perform 15 seconds of a jump squat.Then rest 20 second before moving on to the next exercise. Once you complete the first 3 exercises REST for 2 minutes. For the next set of exercises, do each for 30 – 40 seconds. Before resting, perform a 30 second plank.Then rest 20 second before moving on to the next exercise.
