Partner work is an awesome way to team build but it also gives your dancers a chance to double the results of their strength training because in this warm up they get to do a variety of exercises one right after the other.
Partner 1 begins with exercises 1 – 3 Do each for 30 – 60 seconds.
Partner 2 begins with exercises 4-6. Do each for 30 – 60 seconds.
