Sideline Warm Up

Utilize this warm up before cheering on your school! Whether you’re cheering on the sidelines or dancing at halftime in the crisp Fall air – you’ll want to make sure you warm up safely.

Warm up with exercise 1 -3

Repeat exercise 4-6 two times.

  • Walking Lunge Shoulder Press(across the floor)
  • Lateral Bear Walk (16 each direction)
  • Turn Out and Core Drill (20 knee opens each side)
  • Lunge Row and Twist (12 each side)
  • Push Up Hover Kick Back (30 seconds)
  • Jump Squat Row (30 seconds)
