Stop Sitting in Your Turns

CATEGORY: Power, Strength, Warm Up
LEVEL: Intermediate
EXERCISES: 6

Have you heard this or gotten this correction before? Maybe you’re bending your supporting knee or leaning backwards when you turn? Usually this means you’re sinking In your low back and sitting your booty backwards causing you to “sit” in your turns.

Try this training plan as a warm up next time you turn and see how your turns improve!

Do each exercise for 30 seconds.

Make sure you keep your hips tucked under and  back flat the whole time.
