Do each exercise for approximately 1 minute (some movements may require more time or you might want to spend more time on one stretch than another!). Remember it’s not a race when you are stretching. Take your time with each movement and make sure you are getting a good stretch. Repeat the circuit as many times as you need or want to ensure you are getting a good and meaningful stretch.
