If you mentioned stronger and sharper arms as a goal, then this workout is for you!
Do each exercise for 45 seconds and rest for 15 seconds. Complete the circuit 3 times through resting for one minute in between.
If you don’t have a resistance band at home, put your wrist weights on and use those instead! 🙂
