  1. Straight Leg Knee Lift (10)
  2. Adductor Drill (10)
  3. Hamstring Curls (10)
  4. Banded Half Squat (10)
  5. Knee Drive (10, each side)
  6. Lunge Knee Drive (10, each side)

Repeat 2-3 times.
