πͺπ» Workout Details : 30 minutes from 6:00- 6:30pm CENTRAL use this time converter to find the right time in your city
- Workouts build week to week and are designedΒ to increase strength, endurance and technique of skills and customized to YOU based on our coaching calls!
- Workouts are 30 minutes long and include coaching and modifications as well as progress tracking to keep safety and motivation the top priority
- Day 1 – 30 workouts are for mind muscle connection and technique of skills
- Day 30 – 60 workouts are for building muscle strength
- Day 60 -90 workouts are for building muscle endurance and execution of skills
- All workouts are recorded and put in our private BAND page to watch again or to catch up if you miss a date!
