Custom Training Plans



Once training plan is purchased- a follow up survey will be emailed to you within 24 hours to obtain goals, class details and team level for the creation of training plan.


Training Plan Will Contain:

  • 8 – 12 exercises including a warm up and circuit.
  • Repetitions and sets for each exercise
  • Custom instructions on how to break down the plan for your practices based on goals
  • All exercises chosen based on goals collected from survey.
  • Printable version of the training plan including images and written instructions
  • The ability to watch each exercise from the training plan
  • A Full video of the entire plan
  • Variations of each exercise to grow with your dancers as the season progresses and to create variety in your classes

*Please allow 48 hours for plan completion
