- Purchase your routine analysis and I’ll send you an email *check spam* to learn more about your routine, goals, and judges feedback.
- You’ll email me a video of your routine or routines (purchase one analysis per routine)
- I will review everything you’ve sent, critique you’re video and in 48 to 72 hours your hand crafted, customized analysis is done!

1. A brief summary of your routine and where I saw strengths and weaknesses.
2. A breakdown and which muscle groups need to be strengthened to reach your goals and which specific exercises you can do to strengthen those areas. PLUS additional recommendations on WHEN training should take place during practice for best results.
3. Two days of training plans customized for you made with Dancer-Fitness exercises.
4. Training plan templates to recreate and make your own training plans all year!
5. An annual membership to dancer-fitness.com
